Li Xiaoyi

Li Xiaoyi has long standing record of promoting Chinese trade relations globally. She is the Business Consultant of China Office of the Special Envoy Office of Malacca State Government of Malaysia (China, Japan and Hong Kong).

She graduated from the University of Arts London and Sotheby's Institute of Art, with a Master of Fine Arts. 

​

Li Xiaoyi established the first Chinese online TV station in the UK, the UK Panda TV Station, which has built a bridge for information exchange between China and Europe.
